My role
My primary role is customer service, which involves dealing with customer queries by both phone, email and within our retail shop.I create quotations and process orders which will also include online orders from our website.
My product knowledge
I feel comfortable and enjoy going through PPE, clothing, footwear, gloves, first aid and lockout/tagout equipment with customers.The product I am enjoying learning more about is safety harnesses and lanyards.
If I were to pick a product that I wish to become an expert in, it would be respiratory, reusable and disposable. My favourite product is Orthomat anti-fatigue matting.
A bit about me
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family, which often involves travelling to Scotland and watching my son playing football.I also take any opportunity to go walking around Lough Lannagh or the Greenway.
